Leighton’s hair-stylist Aura Friedman told E! News that the inspiration for her hair came from a few different sources but they did use a picture of Mariska Hargitay’s mom, Jayne Mansfield as the main inspiration.  “She had a lot of pictures of the old Hollywood platinum blond as inspiration for the color.” told Friedman
