Awards season is officially here and it’s not only time for the A-List Hollywood stars to win awards, they’re also getting pampered with top of the line products. And we were lucky enough to check out some of the beautiful products the stars were being gifted at the Hawaiian Style Retreat hosted by Secret Room events.
The glamorous gifting suite was held in the grand ballroom at the InterContinental in Century City. Dozens of vendors eager to showcase their unique products filled the room, silver chandeliers hung above the ceiling and underneath was a room full of people seeing the latest in home decor, fashion, medicine, wine and even adult- toys!
And yes our staff at Instinct Culture made the rounds. And here is a list of our favorite products received at the event.
The Top 5 Staff Picks
Shore Bags– This was the first item we received at the start of the gifting suite. But the reason we LOVED this item was because it was a great size, kept it’s shape, it fit every item we collected and it’s eco-friendly.
Shore Bags pride themselves as not only an eco-friendly brand but also a humanitarian brand. 50% of the manufacturers are women, thus creating of job opportunities to help empower women. The bag is also fully biodegradable, made up of recycled materials, and lead free.
Heather Chapplain Originals– This next booth, was probably the most unique of all, it was Heather Chapplain Originals. The fashion brand focuses on creating on-of-a-kind fashion pieces. From denim jackets to kimonos, to handbags and even a bridal line!
Anne Neilson Home – A home is supposed to feel familiar, comfortable and warm. A home is not found just anyplace, it’s made up of memories and things that bring personal value. This is what I felt visiting Anne Neilson’s booth. She showcased her exquisite candles, stationary and holiday cards. The reason this brand is on our top five list is because of the pure quality this brand showcased. As I write this blog piece, my scented candle burns and I am filled with a quality sense. Inside my desk lies a beautifully painted angel on the cover of a notebook. The painting feels peaceful, inside it reads “May Angels Surround You Always” a quote from PSLAM 91.
Camouflage Cellulite– Next up on our Top 5 list is the body liner from Camouflage Cellulite. At the suite they gifted body liners and let’s just say they are exactly what we want and need! I love wearing a liner to keep certain places in tact and the body liner does just that. It smooths, firms and slims the figure.
Sun Soaker – Last but not least on our favorite products list is the Sun Soaker! To be honest, this was one that I never knew existed and now I am glad I know all about it. This day and age we’re addicted to our cell phones, let’s face it we love having it with us during all times of the day. So what about the days we’re out camping or at the beach? And we can’t charge our phones? Turns out there is a product to help you with that. It’s the Sun Soaker Flexible Solar Kits. Let’s say you’re at the beach and you’re down on battery power.
