The tables had already been turned with the ground breaking news that the women’s triple-threat match featuring Charlotte Flair, Ronda Rousey and Becky Lynch would be closing the show. This match alone is already making history as the first-ever women’s main event at Wrestlemania. But now, things have surely heated up after WWE announced that both the Raw Women’s Championship and Smackdown Women’s Championship will be on the line.
What was already a high stakes match, has risen to a whole other level. The woman the comes out victorious will not only have her arm risen as the first woman to win a female main event at Wrestlemania, she will also hold both championships. Imagine that photo opp?
Charlotte Flair became the new Smackdown Women’s Champion just last week after defeating Asuka, will her title reign end at Wrestlemania? Or will she be adding Ronda’s Raw title to her other shoulder? Or will both women walk out empty handed as Becky clenches both titles? It seems the highly anticipated main event will be one hell of a moment to remember for all women involved.
