Shotzi Blackheart will be leading her own team this Sunday, December 6th at NXT Takeover WarGames. Team Shotzi is composed of NXT superstars Ember Moon, Io Shirai, and Rhea Ripley; the team faces off against Team Candice which includes Candice LeRae, Dakota Kai, Raquel González, and Toni Storm.
Blackheart tells us that she thrilled to be part of a WarGames match, and says it is the kind of match she has been wanting to have since her start with WWE. ” I am going to have so much fun,” said Shotzi.
WarGames features, two rings inside a cage surrounded by weapons, and as the team’s captain, Shotzi’s strategy is “complete chaos.” She also adds that she’s planning on leaving it all on in the ring and will be getting very “crazy.”
When asked if she had watched prior WarGames to prepare, Shotzi tells us that she did go back and watch both the men’s and women’s WarGames matches from last year. “Every time I watch it, I get a new idea.”
