Well its been about a week or so since Pusha T dropped his new album “Daytona”. Most fans immediately noticed the track reference to Drizzy’s alleged ghost writer Quentin Miller on the track entitled “Infrared”. See lyrics here:
The game’s fucked up
Nigga’s beats is bangin’, nigga, ya hooks did it
The lyric pennin’ equal the Trumps winnin’
The bigger question is how the Russians did it
It was written like Nas, but it came from Quentin
At the mercy of a game where the codes is missing
When the CEO’s blinded by the glow, it’s different
Back in 2017, Meek Mill also accused Drake of using Quentin to write his versus on Meek’s track R.I.C.O. which was featured on Wins & Losses. In response, Drake dropped two diss tracks. This time around however he completely rages on not only Pusha but Kanye West, his brother Malice and well press play to hear for yourself.
Pusha T’s response to the response can be heard below via Soundcloud….
Pusha is very much not afraid of the self proclaimed six-God and even goes as far as to name Sophie Brussaux, an ex- porn star that is rumored to be pregnant with Drake’s love child. See photo below taken back in Amsterdam in January.
It is not uncommon for rappers to go back and forth via diss tracks in Hip Hop and many fans have said it is all fun and games. Well we sure hope so.
