Summer Slam has crowned it’s first new Champion of the evening. Bron Breakker defeated Sami Zayn for the Intercontinental Championship. Sami won the Championship at Wrestle Mania from Gunther. After being drafted to Monday Night RAW Bron set his sights on on the Intercontinental Title. Bron had gone viral online multiple times for his devastating spears. This was the move that Sami somehow avoided as the bell rang. The contest only lasted a handful of minutes.
Sami Zayn couldn’t overcome the strength and momentum of Breakker. Sami suffered not one but two spine snapping spears. The referee could have counted to one hundred. Bron Breakker has added the Intercontinental Championship to his career record. Only 3 years into his wrestling career, Bron Breakker looks to be a future hall of fame member at only 27 years old.
