AEW Dynamite November 12, 2025: Blood and Guts, Falls Count Anywhere

This week’s episode of AEW Dynamite emanates from Greensboro, North Carolina! We break it all down in this week’s AEW Dynamite recap!

Women’s Blood & Guts: Marina Shafir, Megan Bayne, Mercedes Mone & Triangle Of Madness (Julia Hart, Skye Blue & Thekla) vs. Harley Cameron, Jamie Hayter, Kris Statlander, Mina Shirakawa, Toni Storm & Willow Nightingale

Nightingale and Blue enter first and trade punches. Nightingale takes down Blue with a clothesline. Nightingale then slams Blue into the turnbuckles. Nightingale boots Blue in the head next. She follows by sends Blue crashing into the steel cage grates. When Blue reaches her feet, she is seen bleeding. Nightingale unloads forearms in the corner. Julia Hart enters the match next as a part of Blue’s team. Hart and Blue slam Nightingale to the mat with a powerbomb. Hart rips off the turnbuckle pad and bounces Nightingale off of the corner. Hart twists Nightingale’s arm. She and Blue then nail her with double thrust kicks.

Harley Cameron enters next to even the odds for Nightingale. Cameron launches a chair at Blue, then takes down Hart with a sling blade. Nightingale double clotheslines Hart and Blue. Cameron delivers a chair loaded dropkick to Hart in the corner. Nightingale follows with a cannonball to Blue.

Thekla enters the fray next for a three to two advantage. She spears Cameron, then lashes her and Nightingale with a leather belt. Jamie Hayter runs in next and cracks a trash can lid over Blue and Hart. Hayter strikes all members of Triangle of Madness with a kendo stick. Hayter double suplexes Hart and Blue. Hayter drives Thekla into thumb tacks. Megan Bayne enters next. Bayne nails Hayter with a running kick. Bayne hits a fallaway slam on Cameron. She crushes Nightingale and Cameron in the corner, then follows with a double suplex. Kris Statlander marches down to the ring next.

Statlander whacks Bayne with a pool stick. She delivers back elbows to Hart and Blue as well. Statlander throws Thekla into the cage. She slams Bayne into the mat too. Mercedes Mone is in next. She levels Statlander with a hurricanrana. She nails Nightingale, Cameron, and Hayters with knees in the corners. Mone spikes Statlander onto a championship belt. Mone leaves the cage to grab more of her championships belts to bring into the ring. Her team members use them as weapons. Mina Shirakawa enters next with a barbed wire wrapped baseball bat. Shirakawa hits Thekla with the bat, then dropkicks Bayne. Shirakawa takes down Hart and Blue with a jump off the top rope. Shirakawa delivers a hurricanrana on Mone.

Marina Shafir is the last member in for her team. Shafir drags Statlander out of the cage and rams her into the barricade. Shafir reveals a bed of nails. She sends Statlander crashing onto it with a kick. Shafir reenters the cage and takes down Hayter. Toni Storm enters last with a handful of pearls. Storm nails Hart, Blue, and Thekla with them. Mone strikes Storm with a title belt. Storm uses broken glass to hit Shafir and Bayne. She and Shirakawa land hip attacks on Shafir and Bayne.

Blue climbs the cage, only to be slammed onto a table from Hayter. Hayter follows with an axe handle that breaks the table. Nightingale clotheslines Hart and Thekla. Shirakawa lands a tornado DDT on Bayne. Mone drops Storm with a Mone Maker, then Statlander with a backstabber. Cameron brings out Puppet Mone. Mone throws the puppet away, only to meet a fist full of brass knuckles from Cameron. Hart levels Cameron with a back heel trip. Thekla and Hart leave the cage. Thekla spears the referee, while Hart grabs the key to unlock the cage. Mone throws Hayter, Cameron, and Statlander out of the cage. Thekla spears Hayter and Cameron on the floor. Statlander slams the cage door into Bayne’s head. Statlander and Mone go crashing through a table on the outside.

Hart relocks the door. Back in the ring, Storm digs the heel of her shoe into Blue and Shafir’s foreheads. Storm and Shirakawa drive Shafir into glass with a double DDT. Shafir launches a mirror at Storm, shattering it. Shirakawa locks in a Figure Four on Bayne with a barbed wire bat. Shafir breaks it up with a stomp. Hart, Blue, and Thekla hold Storm back while Shafir puts Shirakawa in a choke hold. Bayne strikes Shirakawa with a title belt while she remains in the hold. Bayne threatens more hits unless Storm gives up. Storm eventually surrenders and kicks Shafir once she is released.

Winners: Marina Shafir, Megan Bayne, Mercedes Mone and Triangle Of Madness

Backstage, The Don Callis Family attack Jurassic Express. The Young Bucks also appear to be joining DCF in an official capacity next week.

Falls Count Anywhere: Adam Page vs. Powerhouse Hobbs

Hobbs rips off a turnbuckle pad. Page does the same in another corner. They then trade strikes. Page nails Hobbs with a pair of lariats. Hobbs runs overs Page with a lariat of his own in return. The action spills to the outside, with Hobbs ramming Page into the barricade and apron. Page launches Hobbs into the barricade as well. Hobbs throws Page into the ring post. Hobbs charges toward Page. Page moves out of the way, causing Hobbs to collide with the steel steps. Hobbs catches Page mid-leap, then slams him onto the announce desk.

Back from break, Page drops Hobbs onto the floor. Hobbs and Page brawl into the crowd. Page lands a moonsault, then an axe handle off the barricade. Hobbs delivers a spinebuster on Page through a table for a near fall. Page boots Hobbs, sending him crashing through the electrical table. Page pins him for the win.

Winner: Adam Page

After the match, Katusyori Shibata rams Page into the barricade. Joe hits him with a chair next. The Blood and Guts cage lowers. Joe lays in right hands. Eddie Kingston runs down and exchanges hands with Shibata. Kingston levels Shibata with a chop. Hook runs into the ring next to even the odds. Shibata and Joe retreat. Page confirms he will face Joe in a steel cage match at Full Gear.

FTR Confront Ricky Steamboat

Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat comes down to the ring. Tony Schiavone remembers Steamboat and Dustin Rhodes becoming tag team champions in 1991 on TBS. Steamboat gives props to TBS for giving people their moment on TV. Steamboat points out a sign showing the Mount Rushmore of Greensboro, which includes himself. Steamboat references some of his early days in the wrestling business.

Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood interrupt with Stokely Hathaway. Stokely says he can’t believe he’s in the ring with a legend. Stokely says Steamboat is synonymous with the building they’re in. Stokely then says Harwood and Wheeler will be three time tag champs next week. Wheeler recalls being handpicked to be a part of Steamboat’s retirement match. Wheeler says they made Steamboat look like a shell of his former self. Harwood says Steamboat was his former trainer, but he never said anything intelligent to him. Steamboat says one thing he certainly didn’t teach him was his attitude being in the toilet. Harwood says Steamboat did teach him to save his money. He adds that he is a bigger legend than Steamboat ever was.

Harwood and Steamboat stare down one another. Steamboat says he is not asking for sorrow right now, but he is going to be the smarter man. As Steamboat goes to leave the ring, Wheeler grabs him, allowing Harwood to punch him. Brody King and Bandido run down to make the save before they can hit the Shatter Machine.

Men’s Blood & Guts: Darby Allin, Roderick Strong & The Conglomeration (Kyle O’Reilly, Mark Briscoe & Orange Cassidy) vs. The Death Riders (Claudio Castagnoli, Daniel Garcia, Jon Moxley, PAC & Wheeler Yuta)

Yuta and Allin kick off the action, with the latter nailing the former with a dropkick on the outside. Allin whips Yuta into the side of the cage, then the barricade. Yuta sidesteps, causing Allin to collide with the barricade next. They return to the ring, where Allin delivers a Coffin Drop. Allin follows with a Code Red. Allin holds up his skateboard, then drives it into Yuta’s head. Yuta low blows Allin.

Orange Cassidy enters the fray next. Cassidy spikes Yuta with a DDT. Allin elbows Yuta in the corner. Cassidy blasts Yuta with a fistful of chain. Allin strikes Yuta with the tack-filled skateboard again. Daniel Garcia is in next. He goes right after Allin with knees in the corner. Yuta grabs a chain. He and Garcia use it as a lariat on Cassidy. Mark Briscoe’s music hits, but he’s seen backstage in distress after seemingly being attacked. Roderick Strong comes out next instead. Strong rocks Yuta with a backbreaker. He boots Garcia next, then drops him with another backbreaker. Strong lands a cutter on Yuta.

Claudio Castagnoli emerges next. Claudio sends Strong into a chair in the corner. Claudio swings Allin around while Cassidy is on his back. Claudio rakes Strong’s face against the steel grate of the cage. Garcia launches Allin into an uppercut from Claudio. Kyle O’Reilly is out next for his team. O’Reilly drops Garcia with a side suplex. Claudio rocks him with an uppercut. O’Reilly answers with a tornado DDT and body scissors hold. Strong and O’Reilly double team Claudio. Garcia nails Cassidy with a chair.

Jon Moxley is out for his team next. Moxley gouges Strong’s eye with a fork. Allin blasts Moxley with elbows. Moxley stabs him in the back with fork in return. Moxley and Garcia rake Allin’s back with the fork next. They then send him crashing into the cage wall. Moxley retrieves a barbed wire wrapped bat and a bucket of glass. Backstage, Renee Paquette says Mark Briscoe is still being tended to by doctors after the Don Callis Family attacked him. Paquette says this is now a 5 on 4 match. Garcia drives Allin into the glass with a piledriver. Moxley slides Allin around on it next.

Pac is out as the last member of his team. Pac delivers a backbreaker to Cassidy. He then runs over Allin with a lariat. Briscoe comes down to the ring with a toolbox. He uses bolt cutters to break the cage door lock. Briscoe throws a chair at Garcia. Briscoe runs over Claudio with a sling blade. Moxley hits Briscoe with a bat. Briscoe throws the toolbox into the ring, then beats down Yuta on the outside. Briscoe climbs to the top of the cage. O’Reilly locks Garcia in a cross arm breaker. Garcia rolls through. Briscoe and Yuta trade strikes on top of the cage. They then trade chair shots until Briscoe gains the advantage. Yuta low blows Briscoe. Briscoe answers with a Jay Driller.

Allin tosses Pac into the barricade. Gabe Kidd stuns Allin with a taser, then drags him up the stage. Cassidy dropkicks Garcia. Moxley staples Cassidy’s hands into his pockets. Pac chokes Allin with a belt on the entrance stage. Allin escapes and kicks away Kidd. Kidd pours gasoline on a pair of tables below. Kidd lights it on fire. Pac drops Allin onto the fiery tables.

Back in the ring, Moxley chokes O’Reilly with a chain. Cassidy frees his hands and rocks Moxley with an Orange Punch. Strong nails Claudio and Garcia with knee strikes. Briscoe sends Pac crashing through a table with suplex. O’Reilly throws Yuta through another table. Claudio eats an Orange Punch. Strong drives Claudio into a table. Cassidy punches Moxley as well. O’Reilly cinches in an ankle lock on Moxley. Moxley counters into a headlock. O’Reilly rolls through into another ankle lock. Moxley taps out.

Winners: Darby Allin, Roderick Strong and The Conglomeration
