AXS TV the home to New Japan Pro Wrestling and the upcoming WOW- Women of Wrestling has announced that as of Friday, January 18, 2019 they will be holding weekly “Friday Night Fights“.
It will include four and a half hours of original MMA and pro wrestling every week beginning at 8pE with New Japan Pro Wrestling, followed by the debut of WOW-Women Of Wrestling at 9pE and Legacy Fighting Alliance 57 at its new time, 10pE.
“For over 15 years, Friday Night Fights have been a staple on AXS TV and we are proud to expand our MMA and pro wrestling lineup in 2019,” said AXS TV FIGHTS CEO Andrew Simon
This is a good move for the company in terms of aiming at keeping wrestling fans and MMA fans engaged on the network to help the premiere of WOW- Women of Wrestling.
