This week’s episode of WWE Raw emanates from Perth, Australia! We break it all down in this week’s Raw recap!
We Hear From Seth Rollins
Seth Rollins comes to the ring with Bronson Reed, Bron Breakker, and Paul Heyman. Rollins says this is The Vision. Rollins says tonight is about him, but he still wants to recognize the greatness he assembled. Rollins first introduces Heyman, whom he now considers the undisputed GOAT. Rollins kisses Heyman atop his head. Rollins then introduces Breakker. He says Breakker has flourished under his vision. He calls Breakker the undisputed future of the industry. Rollins applauds Reed for defeating Roman Reigns and calls him the new Tribal Chief.
Rollins calls himself the greatest world champion of all time. Rollins says he hasn’t needed anyone to get his success. Rollins says he never needed Reigns, Heyman, Breakker, or Reed. Rollins says he chose The Vision, and they chose him.
Backstage, Rusev says he should be the one getting an IC Title match tonight instead of Penta. Rusev confirms that he will face the winner of tonight’s IC Title match in the future though.
WWE IC Title: Dominik Mysterio (c) vs Penta
Dominik and Penta trade chops, then superkicks. Penta takes Dominik down with a hurricanrana. Penta then drops Dominik onto the announce table.
Back from break, Penta lands a springboard crossbody, then a superkick. Penta sweeps Dominik off his feet, then double stomps him in the chest. Dominik launches Penta into the ring post. He follows with a dive turned DDT on the outside. Dominik mocks Penta with his dance. He then tosses Penta over the barricade. Penta barely beats the referee’s count to return to the ring. Dominik fires off stomps in the corner.
Back again, Penta drives Dominik into the mat with a sling blade. He follows with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker and a dive to the outside. Back in the ring, Penta lays out Dominik with two suplexes. Dominik delivers one of his own for a two count. Dominik rocks Penta with a step-up enziguiri. He sets up for a 619, but Penta dodges it. Penta leaps off the top with a crossbody. He follows with Penta Driver for a near fall. Dominik counters a Mexican Destroyer with a powerbomb. Rusev runs down to the ring. Penta wipes him out with a dive. Dominik grabs the ring bell hammer and strikes Penta in the knee with it. Dominik lands a 619 and Frog Splash for the win.

Backstage, Asuka says Kairi Sane lost their tag match for them at Crown Jewel. Sane apologizes and says she can fix this. Asuka says Sane can destroy Rhea Ripley tonight. Sane reveals a bruise on her forehead from trying to help Asuka. Asuka slaps her.
Rhea Ripley (w/ IYO SKY) vs. Kairi Sane (w/ Asuka)
A scared Sane tries to dodge Ripley. Ripley wipes her out with a clothesline. Sane chops Ripley in response. Ripley plants Sane with a vertical suplex. Sane lays in right hands and lands a kick to Ripley’s head. Sane sends Ripley across the ring with a hurricanrana. Sane follows with a sliding forearm. Ripley dropkicks Sane. She bridges into a pin after a suplex. Sane kicks out. Asuka distracts Ripley. SKY confronts Asuka on the outside. Sane knocks Ripley into the announce table with a baseball slide. Sane then rocks SKY with an elbow.
Back from break, Ripley hits a ripcord lariat. She then slams Sane to the mat. Ripley follows with a big boot for a near fall. Sane rolls up Ripley for a two count. Ripley headbutts her. Sane counters a Riptide and sends Ripley to the apron. Ripley runs into the ring post when Sane ducks underneath her. Sane goes up top and descends with an Insane Elbow to Ripley on the outside.
They return to the ring, where Sane delivers a stunner. Sane goes up top again. Ripley dodges another elbow. She nails Sane with a Razor’s Edge and a kick for a near fall. Sane knocks Ripley off the top turnbuckle. Ripley returns to her feet and chops Sane. Sane delivers a double stomp as Ripley hangs upside down. Sane fires off spinning back fists. She follows with a running forearm. Sane scales the turnbuckle again. Ripley catches her on the descent and slams her into the mat. Asuka hops up onto the apron, but SKY yanks her off and kicks her. Sane rolls up Ripley for a two count. Ripley delivers the Riptide for the win.
Winner: Rhea Ripley
After the match, Asuka drives SKY into the ring post. Ripley boots Asuka off the apron. Ripley clears the announce table and bounces Asuka off of it. Sane hits Ripley with a kendo stick. Asuka spikes Ripley with a DDT.
Backstage, Jey Uso suggests that he and Jimmy Uso looks out for themselves, just like Roman Reigns has. Jey says he is not going to make the mistake he made in Paris, so tonight, Jimmy will be on his own against Bronson Reed. Jimmy says he’ll handle his own business.
Jimmy Uso vs. Bronson Reed
Jimmy and Reed trade strikes. Reed targets Jimmy’s ribs. Jimmy sends him to the outside and chops Reed. Jimmy pushes Reed into the ring post. He then slams Reed against the announce table. Jimmy chops Reed again. Reed drives Jimmy into the mat. He then flattens Jimmy with a senton.
Back from break, Jimmy uppercuts Reed. Jimmy rocks Reed and enziguiri. He follows with a hip attack in the corner. Jimmy then lands a Whisper in the Wind for a two count. Jimmy tries to lift up Reed, but fails. Reed flattens him with more sentons. Reed delivers a Tsunami for the win.
Winner: Bronson Reed
After the match, Bron Breakker spears Jimmy. Reed holds Jimmy in place for Breakker to land another one. Reed kicks Jimmy to the outside. Breakker lines up for a third spear until Jey Uso rushes down to even the odds. Jey superkicks Reed. Breakker drives Jey into the corner. Jey sends Breakker to the outside. Reed splashes Jey in the corner. Jey responds with a superkick that knocks Reed to the outside as well. Jimmy joins Jey in the ring as Breakker and Reed head to the back. Jey rolls out of the ring clutching his rib.
Lyra Valkyria & Bayley vs. Roxanne Perez & Raquel Rodriguez
Valkyria and Perez trade pinfall attempts. Valkyria trips up Perez and covers her for another two count. Raquel tags in and boots Valkyria in the corner. Valkyria fires off elbows, then tags in Bayley. Valkyria and Bayley double team Raquel. Bayley elbows Raquel and Perez in the corner. Valkyria does the same with her shoulder. Perez yanks Valkyria to the outside. Raquel lays in right hands on Bayley, while Perez fights Valkyria on the outside. Valkyria and Bayley drive Raquel into the side of the ring. Raquel launches Valkyria into Bayley with a fallaway slam.
Raquel drives Bayley into the corner, then delivers a splash. Raquel boots Bayley, while Perez drives her back first into the mat.
Back from break, Valkyria dropkicks Raquel to the floor. She rocks Perez with a spinning heel kick next. Perez causes Valkyria and Bayley to collide in the corner. Perez meets Bayley up top, then sends her crashing to the mat with a hurricanrana. Raquel slams Bayley. Perez follows with a pair of knees. Raquel boots Valkyria off the apron. Raquel bounces Bayley off the top rope and into the mat. Perez lands a springboard moonsault. Raquel boots Bayley on the outside. Perez follows with a leg scissors. Valkyria breaks up her pinfall attempt.
Raquel runs into the ring post. Perez is sent to the outside. Valkyria tries to hype up Bayley with a slap. Bayley dives onto Raquel and Perez. Bayley launches Raquel over the barricade. She then leaps off the top with a big elbow and a Rose Plant on Perez for the win.
Winners: Lyra Valkyria & Bayley
Backstage, Seth Rollins says the last six months are nothing compared to what the next six months and year will be. Rollins says he is sick of The Usos, but he loves Breakker and Reed. Rollins says this is the most incredible weekend of his whole professional life. Rollins says seeing Breakker and Reed grow is one of his proudest moments. He asserts that this is rarified air, and Breakker and Reed get to breath it in with him. Rollins says they are close to taking the next step. Rollins says he is on cloud nine.
Backstage, AJ Styles secures himself and Dragon Lee a tag title match against the Judgement Day next week.
Elsewhere, Stephanie Vaquer says she is blessed because she is the first to win four titles in one year in WWE. Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez interrupt. Vaquer says them losing tonight is not their problem. Perez says she deserved to vie for the women’s title at Wrestlepalooza and also be the Crown Jewel Women’s Champion. Vaquer invites Perez to face her. Perez says she will on her own time. Vaquer says she will wait.
WWE World Heavyweight Title #1 Contenders: CM Punk vs. Jey Uso vs LA Knight
Knight fires off kicks on Jey in the corner. Punk yanks him out and looks for a GTS. Knight evades it, while Punk eats a superkick from Jey. Knight intercepts a dive from Jey, then runs over Punk with a knee. Jey wipes out Knight with a dive to the outside.
Back from break, Knight tosses Punk over the barricade. Knight and Jey trade strikes in the ring. Punk leaps off the top rope with a crossbody, landing on both Jey and Knight. Jey superkicks Punk, then rocks him with a step-up enziguiri. Jey hip attacks Knight in the corner. Punk runs him over with a clothesline, then knees Jey and Knight in the corners. Punk delivers a double bulldog next. Punk slams Knight to the mat. Punk goes up top and connects with an elbow to Knight’s chest. Knight drops Punk with an inverted DDT. Knight spikes Jey with a DDT next. Knight leaps off the top with double elbows.
Back from another break, Knight takes out Punk and Jey with a double clothesline. Knight lands a running knee on Jey in the corner. He and Punk trade chops. Punk boots Knight in the corner. Knight superplexes Punk off the top. Jey delivers an Uso Splash on Knight for a near fall. Knight plants Punk with a BFT. Jey pulls Knight out of the ring and sends him crashing into the steel steps. Punk blocks an Uso Splash, then nails Jey with an GTS for the win.
Winner: CM Punk
After the match, Punk celebrates his win. Seth Rollins and The Vision come to the ring. Breakker takes out Jey with a spear. Breakker spears Knight as well. The Vision surround Punk. Punk tries to fend them off, but the numbers are too much. Breakker stomps away at Punk, then spears him. Reed follows with Tsunami. Rollins tells Punk he will never be world champion again. Rollins says this is his ring and company. Breakker kicks Punk out of the ring. Rollins and The Vision stand tall.
Breakker blindsides Rollins with a spear. Breakker tells Reed he has to make a choice now. Reed pulls Rollins to the corner and crushes him with Tsunami. Paul Heyman raises Breakker and Reed’s hands. Breakker also holds up Rollins’ world title.
